I have a better understanding of how I’m affected by past experiences, and how these influence the ways I feel & act today. I’m now more able to spot habitual behaviours & thought patterns, catch myself “in the moment” and mitigate them. I feel more at ease generally when it comes to anxiety around life events, career & relationships.
